This Policy explains what GetShake does with the data you send through the contact form on this site. It covers getshake.me. The app has its own policy, linked at the end.
1. Who handles your data
GetShake is the controller, responsible for deciding what is collected and why. Any question, request or complaint about this Policy can be sent to studio@getshake.ai.
2. What we collect, and when
We only collect when you fill in and submit the contact form. Browsing the site collects none of this.
You provide: name, WhatsApp and email.
The system records alongside it: which button started the contact, the language of the page, any campaign parameters in the address (utm), and the date and time you accepted this Policy.
We do not ask for and do not store identity documents, banking details or any sensitive information.
3. What we use it for
To get back to you about your enquiry — nothing beyond that.
We do not use this data for marketing you did not ask for, we do not sell it, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own use.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (LGPD, art. 7, I). You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing does not invalidate what was done before.
4. Who else touches this data
Only providers that make the contact possible, each to the extent necessary. They are processors: they handle the data on GetShake's behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Vercel — site hosting.
Neon — the database where your contact details are stored, on servers in São Paulo.
Resend — sending the confirmation email to you and the notification to our team.
We may disclose data when required by law or to defend rights, safety and the integrity of the service.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and as long as needed to answer for it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Deletion requests are handled within the legal deadline, and you get a confirmation.
6. Your rights
Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) guarantees you can request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong or outdated, anonymisation or deletion, portability, and information about who we share it with.
You may also withdraw consent and object to the processing.
To exercise any of these, write to studio@getshake.ai. We answer within the legal deadline.
7. Site usage measurement
We use Vercel Analytics to understand what works on the pages — which sections are seen and which buttons get clicked.
It uses no cookies, creates no visitor identifier and does not allow us to identify you individually: the numbers are aggregated.
If we ever start using a tool that identifies visitors or sets cookies, this Policy will be updated first, and the site will ask for your consent.
8. Security
Data travels encrypted and sits in a database with access restricted to the team. Access credentials live only on the server and are never exposed in the browser.
No system is fully invulnerable, and we will not claim otherwise. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk.
9. Changes to this Policy
When something changes in what we collect, why, or who we share it with, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.

This document covers the getshake.me site. The app at app.getshake.me collects other things — account, platform usage, public creator data — and has its own policy.
