Site Privacy Policy

The controller is Juicy Tecnologia Ltda., registered under CNPJ 43.466.292/0001-65, with offices at Rua Jaceru, 235, Sala 35, Vila Gertrudes, São Paulo/SP, 04705-000, Brazil. It is the company behind GetShake and Shake.ai, and it decides what is collected and why.

Any question, request or complaint about this Policy can be sent to studio@getshake.ai.

We only collect when you fill in and submit the contact form. Browsing the site collects none of this.

You provide: name, WhatsApp and email.

The system records alongside it: which button started the contact, the language of the page, any campaign parameters in the address (utm), and the date and time you accepted this Policy.

We do not ask for and do not store identity documents, banking details or any sensitive information.

To get back to you about your enquiry — nothing beyond that.

We do not use this data for marketing you did not ask for, we do not sell it, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own use.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (LGPD, art. 7, I). You may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing does not invalidate what was done before.

Only providers that make the contact possible, each to the extent necessary. They are processors: they handle the data on GetShake's behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Vercel — site hosting.

Neon — the database where your contact details are stored, on servers in São Paulo.

Resend — sending the confirmation email to you and the notification to our team.

Google — site usage measurement and, if you allow the advertising purpose, the matching with your Google Account described in section 7. Both only with your permission.

We may disclose data when required by law or to defend rights, safety and the integrity of the service.

For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and as long as needed to answer for it, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Deletion requests are handled within the legal deadline, and you get a confirmation.

Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) guarantees you can request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of anything wrong or outdated, anonymisation or deletion, portability, and information about who we share it with.

You may also withdraw consent and object to the processing.

We use two tools to understand what works on the pages, and they work in quite different ways.

Vercel Analytics runs at all times. It uses no cookies, creates no visitor identifier and does not allow us to identify you individually: the numbers are aggregated.

Google Analytics only runs if you allow it. When allowed, it stores cookies in your browser (called _ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) and creates a browser identifier, so it can tell that different visits came from the same place. It tells us which sections get read, which buttons get clicked and how our campaigns are doing.

If you accept the advertising purpose and are signed in to your Google Account, Google also links this visit to your advertising profile. That gives us aggregate estimates of our audience's age range, gender and interests, and lets Google recognise you on another device. We never see who you are: the reports arrive as groups, never as individuals.

That matching is done by Google using data it already holds about your account, and you can review or delete that history at any time at myactivity.google.com. Declining the advertising purpose in our notice prevents it from happening at all.

Until you allow it, it stays blocked and no cookie is stored. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), requested in the notice that appears on your first visit.

You allow each purpose separately — usage measurement and advertising — and you can change your mind whenever you like, under "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page. Withdrawing is as simple as giving it, and does not undo what was done before.

Data travels encrypted and sits in a database with access restricted to the team. Access credentials live only on the server and are never exposed in the browser.

No system is fully invulnerable, and we will not claim otherwise. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk.

When something changes in what we collect, why, or who we share it with, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
